Senator Stevens, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 216 "An Act                                                                        
relating to sexual abuse and sexual assault awareness and prevention                                                            
efforts in public schools; establishing a task force in the Council on                                                          
Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; and providing for an effective                                                            
date" for the Education Committee meeting on April 2. Without                                                                   
objection, it was so ordered.
